NewZealand ~Meat~


-Lamb-

Lamb is a young sheep under 12 months of age which does not have any permanent incisor teeth in wear. It has not a smell, and soft.

Lamb has little cholesterol, and has much iron, vitamin B12, carnitin. Carnitin is known good for loose weight.




①Shoulder
Shoulders have a lot of fats, and little tough. However, they are juicy and tasty.

②Rack
This parts are soft.They are called a rib. You may as a sparerib.


③Short Loin

This parts are low fat. If you want to cook a steak, you should better to use this part.

④Leg

Legs have to much time to cook, because they are tough. Them specialty are roasts or stew.

⑤Shank

Shanks are tough too. However they are become sotf heated. Them specialty are roasts or stew too.
